YakDil is owned and run by Muslims, for our community. We answer to the people who use it — not to outside investors who do not share our values. That is not a phase; it is who we are.
We never sell your data, and we never run ads
Your profile, your photos, your conversations, your faith — none of it is ever sold, rented, or handed to advertisers. There are no ads on YakDil. You are the member, never the product.
Every safety feature is free, forever
Verification, photo controls, blocking, reporting, guardian mode — the things that keep you safe will always cost nothing. We would rather earn less than put a price on safety.
Every member is checked by a real person
Before anyone can message you, a trained human reviews a live selfie. There is no way to skip it and no way to pay past it. Real people, not just an algorithm.
Your photos are yours
Blur them for everyone, show them only to your matches, release them one person at a time, or hide them completely. These protections are on from the moment you join.
Your family can stand beside you
Invite a wali to see your matches, chaperone a conversation, or approve a match before it opens. Marriage involves family, so family is built into YakDil — not treated as an obstacle.
For marriage, not dating
Intent and timeline are asked before you ever see a profile. There is no casual mode, because there is no casual reason to be here.
If we ever earn money, it will be from members who choose to pay for a little more reach — never from selling the people who trusted us. That is the line, and we will not cross it.
