Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Use.

What costs money

Core features — creating a profile, matching, messaging your matches, verification, reporting, blocking, and every control in your Privacy Center — are free, subject to the free-tier limits set out on the Pricing page (5 active connections, 10 interests a day, 1 note a day). The only paid product is the optional YakDil Plus subscription, billed at the price and interval shown to you at checkout. We do not charge per message and do not sell credits.

Automatic renewal

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, Plus subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. We do not raise prices retroactively — any change applies only to future periods.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@yakdil.com. When you cancel, your Plus benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew again after that.

Refunds

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, or where we expressly state otherwise, payments are non-refundable — including for unused time, for time remaining after you cancel, for removal due to a breach of our Terms, or for features you chose not to use. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the law of your country, or you were charged in error, contact us at support@yakdil.com and we will review your request promptly and in good faith.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first if something is wrong with a charge — we can usually resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
